The Central Hub for all sale processes: Clickfunnels
I have used a number of online platforms for sales processes, but have found that simplicity is key when trying to get results. For most of the clients I work with, Clickfunnels has a good balance of being simple to use for “non-techie” people as well as has customization features to further automate your business.
If you are a part of our weekly newsletter, I have created a number of video tutorials explaining how I use this software with my clients that you can get access to for free by setting up an account on the #Build Nation Member’s area. Just check the P.S. of any of my past emails for details.
The Back-end of Every Business is Email: Active Campaign
I have worked with clients who have used a number of email auto-responders over the years. But time and time again, I have found a lot of them to be a bit outdated and a bit clunky to get the most out of them. That is when I learned about Active Campaign. I have used them for several years now and can’t recommend them enough for someone who wants good reporting and great deliver-ability.

Simple & Quick Creation Tool: GetStencil.com
Most people don’t want to pay for the full version of Adobe Photoshop, but still need a quick and easy way to make graphics. That’s where Stencil comes in! Not only does this application have a library of over 2 million royalty free photos, but it has a quick design tools to create thumbnails for your YouTube Channel or graphics for your facebook posts. I have been using this tool for over 7 years and it has been one of the best investments that I have made over the years due to it’s flexibility and ease of use.
Youtube Thumbnail Split Testing Tool: TubeBuddy
The majority of the clients that I work with specifically hire me because of my knowledge & Expertise around YouTube. I have been working on YouTube Channels since 2012 and used a wide variety of tools to simplify the process of optimizing a channel. Tube Buddy is my go-to application specifically for its Thumbnail and Title Split Testing features. Click Through Rate (CTR) and Watch Time of your videos are THE metrics to pay attention to on YouTube, so to have a tool that can split test thumbnails to continually improve the CTR of your videos is a must have process.
